A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. You may cancel via email at hairxhollie@gmail.com or through my instagram Messages @hairxhollie. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the service price. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. If you are running late, please let me know! If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your service As I do not want to be late for my next guest or have to rush through your appointment.

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me via email or Instagram DM within 7 days and I would be happy to make the necessary adjustments to your hair. there are no refunds for services rendered,
